Default 1-1/2 HP.M. EK Trip

Help again!

I installed a wico mag on my 1 1/2 HP M. Everything lines up ok. Marks on fly wheel to base. It trips on run position with a big blue spark every time. It's a new mag plus spring from Hit and Miss.

The problem is it won't trip on the start position. I read the book till I'm blue in the face. Adjusted it exactly like the book says.

Still won't trip. The bell crank is worn where mag trips and where springs ride. Is this the problem?

Thanks again Harry.
