Default witter 1.5 hp with sub base..

alright.. ive posted something like this a long time ago.. but here it is again.. i got a 1.5 hp witter head type with a sub base. now are these uncommon engines? i took it all apart and put new rings in it and cleaned it up and on assembally i lined the timing marks up from the cam and the gar on the crank, got er all back together and tried to fire it, but it fires at the wrong point. is there an adjustment or something i havent tweeked?

ps- hopefully this year ill have all my engines on my trailer running. doubtful..
