Default This one has'nt followed me home yet

Las summer it found this engine in a barn of a fellow co worker 4 HP INDEPENDENT HARVISTER side shaft not stuck still belted to the line shaft with burr mill and sandwich two hole corn sheller serial number 595 he told me I will come home with it in the spring but things arnt working out like I want to what would be a fair price to pay for the engine every thing is there the muffler is leaning in the corner Thanks kris

Do happen to know what type of mag that is ?? Have seen a couple like that and have no idea what they are.

Looks like a Wico L1 or R1 mag to me

The mag is not a R1 I have a sideshaft Independent Harvestor engine in the shop right now that Im fixing for a customer and will look at the model # on the mag. Does anyone have a splashgraud for one of these I need one for a 4 h.p. a good repro. would be ok. Keven

The mag on the engine is a O1. The R1 was a common oilfeild mag before the OC. The L1 I beleive is the one that looks like a sardine can. All are Wico mags. Keven
