its a later model u mm first ones were ut's. e=wide adjustable row crop front. the d should be deisel
sn 07000001 to 07000231 1954 231 built
sn 07000232 to 07000362 1955 131 built
just for your info s=standard front axle, u=narrow front row crop, n=single front wheel

So Is this tractor pretty rare? Is it worth parting out, or trying to fix... im not much of a diesel guy... Any reply would be appreciated... thanks

depends on how far gone it is. if the tractor is complete in my opinion it would be worth saving
