Default Help in getting a Briggs part made

I'm looking to find someone who can fabricate a few of the sheet metal starter shields that mount on the kick/lever starter arm of Briggs models "L", "M", "S" or "T". Tried making one myself, but don't have the tooling to form it properly. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, I've included a picture of what I need.

Any help or ideas are GREATLY appreciated!
