Default Looking for new owner of 10 hp Gould Shapley Muir

My father, who lives in Southern Ontario, Canada, used to own this engine, which he salvaged from a lighthouse in New Brunswick back in the mid 80's. He then sold it to a museum in the U.S. This past summer it was spotted for sale at Portland, Indiana at an engine show/swap meet. This is a long shot, trying to find the new owner through this message board. But if anyone has seen this engine
and knows it's location or the new owner, please forward this person my email address. There is some history available that the owner may want. I will shortly be posting a photo here of the engine. It can be identified by a mural of a lighthouse painted on the tank, with
the name Alan Gough, who is my father.

Don, I don't do photos yet myself, but there is info in the archives you can search for on how to do it, or you might start a new thread asking about it. Kevin

Don,
Go to 'Post Reply' then 'Manage Attachments'. Browse your computer to get file usually a .jpeg. then click on 'Upload". The file can't be too large or it won't load.
