Question Aluminum Woodruff Keys ?

I am looking for some woodruff keys for my early Briggs Engines which use them as flywheel keys they are part number 66403, I am not looking for original ones since they are expensive like $10-20 for 1, I am looking for similar keys made of Aluminum or a soft shear able metal which will not damage a flywheel hub or crankshaft key way.
I am wondering what other collectors use for these types of keys I don't like using steel keys
any suggestions ?
anyone out there make them or reproduce originals ?
Thanks
~ Jonathan

Could always make your own...copy a steel one and start in with the files

I have made some aluminum or brass woodruff or half moon keys for special applications before. Saw off the right thickness off the end of aluminum or brass round stock, then cut that "coin" in half (across the diameter) and then, yes, get out the files.
