Default Need info on Waterloo Boy 4HP

I have an old Waterloo Boy stationary engine sitting here that I'd like to get some info on. The ID tag states it was sold by the PJ Downes Company, was a 4HP model, and has an engine number of 89765. If my source is correct, that dates this engine to 1913. I can't seem to find any other info about this engine on the Internet.

I'd like to know just how rare of an engine this is. The gas tank is shot and the wrist pin may be worn, but other than that it's in fairly good condition. There's somebody who might be interested in buying it, so I'd like to know how much it's worth. If anybody has any info on this engine, please let me know ASAP. Thanks.

They aren't really that rare. I've seen them all over the place at different shows and on the internet
