Try Jimmy Priestly's site on Waterloo engines: http://www.Geocities websites CLOSED in 2009/oldengine2/...oohistory.html

If it is actually a Waterloo engine like Wendel says Jimmy's site should help. The other engine Wendel shows in BYB under Colbert Machinery is an Alma Clipper I believe... no list that I know of for these. I don't believe Colbert ever actually manufactured their own engines.
