Default Single front wheel Ford tractor

Is the single front wheel Ford tractor "Rare" or not? There is one coming up on a auction and I don't know the model. The sale bill shows a picture but only lists "Ford tractor single wheel". It could be a Jubilee or the later thousand series tractors. Here's a link to the sale bill if anyone can identify it.

In looking at the picture, I would dare say that the tractor may not have come from the factory shown. The only reason I say this is because there appears to be no paint on the front wheel area, but the rest of the tractor has alot of paint on it. I'd be a bit cautious on this one. But on the other hand, if the tractor has Select-O-Speed, it would be worth looking into. Hard to be a Select-O-Speed in a slow tractor race
