Default Help ID Carb/Manifold/Governor

I found this while clearing out the shed.
The Carby & Manifold look like they are an item with the governor
being added at a later stage.
The Carby/Manifold would appear to be off a large engine whereas the governor looks to be off quite a small engine (even homemade???).
The carby looks a bit like a Schebler but I can't find a pic of one the same.

Any help appreciated.
