Thumbs down Adjusting Madison Kipp Model 30

To increase the output of a Madison Kipp Model 50 lubricator, you turn the adjusting screw to the left, counter clockwise, and to the right, clockwise to decrease the output. Does anyone know if this is also correct for the earlier Model 30? Looking at the pump, it seems backward. Thanks for your help.

Adjust the screws just like a water faucet. Clockwise to reduce the feed and...well......you know the rest..........
