Default Garmer auction (PA) results

Here are the results I recorded for engines and tractors sold at the Garmer auction, near Butler, PA. I make no clains as to the accuracy of my listing!

ENGINES: Waterloo Boy K (2hp, run; 1900); Stover (2hp, run; 775); Novo (2 or 3hp, wrong carb; 400); Emerson Brantholam (probably spelled wrong, complete; 1000); Briggs model B (crank start, run; 75); Lalley Light 32 V light plant (75); Monarch (350); Novo (4hp, no mag, on home made cart; 600); Fairbanks Z (3hp; 350); Economy (5hp, stuck, apart, may have been missing parts; 175); RedETractor engine (Stuck?; 50); Foos Jr with base (battery and coil; 2750); water pump (225); 2 pony motor/air compresser engines (make unknown; 50 each); Economy (3?hp, run; 1200); engine sold as Jphn Deere (900); Economy (2 hp; 500); Hercules (?hp; 600); Foos Jr (hot tube; 2600); Economy (?hp, on small garden tractor; 500); 7 maytags (single cylinder; 55 - 140); Jacobsen 2-stroke (on 4-Acre mower; 125). TRACTORS: Ford 3000 with power angle blace (run; 4100); Fergusen (run; 2150); Ford 8N with Sherman transmission and front-end loader (run; 2300); John Deere LA (run; 2000); John Deere L (run; 2000); General (run; 3000); McCormick Deering 30 (run; 5000); 1930 Fordsos with Myers winch (900); 1925 Fordson (run; 2000); 1922 Fordson (run; 1150); 1923 Fordson (run; 1250); Fordson parts tractor with chain driven cut-off saw (200); Copar Panzar (150); Bolens tricycle garden tractor (I don't remember the model!, no implements; 100); 1938 Cletrac E with cab (run; 2000); John Deere LUC power unit (50). OTHER: Frick 00 operating saw mill (900) with 6-cylinder Waukasha engine (500)

Nothing followed me home, although I probably would have bid on the JD LUC power unit if I had had a way to transport it.

Thanks for posting all of that information Leonard. I have see your other Auction Reports as well as other reports here. Its nice to see what engines are bringing in other areas. Thanks Again for the work.

Just looked a the picture of the Cooper-Bessemer starting engine that Gary posted. The two pony motor/air compressers I listed at the Garmer auction looked just like that. One was complete, the other was missing the mag.

Thanks for the picture of the Lalley light plant. I just got one myself but it's not that good of shape. Would like to see anyone who has a cooling tank for one so I could get a picture. Also I need the exhaust manafold and cover for the watthour meter or a whole meter. Maybe someone has a junker for parts.
