Default Fairbanks ZD (saltblock) Question

Trying to clean up the garage and have several disassembled engines laying around and I have almost got the little ZD back together and ran into a snag. The mixer butterfly is controlled by the governer rod coming from the crankcase, but on the area that the governer rod linkage attatches to the butterfly lever a small springs connects to the butterfly lever but I can't seem to find where the other end attatches to? I thought it may just wrap around the governer rod from the crankcase but I am not certian. any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Denny
