Default Famous headgasket

I just removed the head on a 10hp international famous. The headgasket was made of a red rubber like material. I was very hard to remove. Is this the normal material for this engine or just someones fix. Does anyone make gaskets for this engine or will I have to cut one myself? Thanks

Mark: I'm sure the red rubber like material was a previous head gasket replacement. I don't know any one who makes a head gasket for these engines. I make my own from sheet material obtained from Lee Pederson, a gasket circle cutter, and my trusty small ball pien hammer to make the cooling passages .
