Dennis;
I'm running this small Goulds at around 200-250 rpm. It's doing much more than I ever expected for a double action, 1 3/4 inch bore with 1 3/8 stroke.
It also has a mount for an electric motor.

good luck

The electric motors ran 1725 RPM and had a 1" or 2" pulley.
