I just got June CMSGMA news letter and the official rule is that: your display must be larger than your for sale stuff. All exibitors must be members; so you are expected to join up, get the news letter and enjoy. I am reading the officials will be enforcing the rules, so if you cannot afford the 10 bucks annual dues, you need not attend. Things get pretty crowded by saturday mid morning and you probably setup where ever you can. There is no back 40 for the vendors, they got prime upfront real estate. But, there is some fee involved for vendors which was not specified in the newsletter. It just says appropriate donation. The club is holding a consignment auction, so thats another option to lighten up your return load.

The feature engine this year are the waterloo style, US or canadian.
