Zeke:

Scroll down on the "Reply" page (past where you post your message). You will find where it says "Attach Files". Click on "Manage Attachments" and follow yer nose.

One thing is that the pictures have to be under 50K or so or Harry can't accept 'em.

To make them smaller, go into a picture editor and make the size, say, 4" wide by whatever it comes out then reduce the pixel count to somewhere around 120 dots per inch. That should do it.
