Default Old Craftsman saw

I recently bought an old craftsman chainsaw and I would like to know about how old it is. It doesnt have any dates on the saw or in the manual. but looks to be pretty old. The model number is 358.350841

If it is red, it probably is a Homelite. I bought one in the late 60's. Sears still has parts for it.Sears.com

Your saw was made by Beaird - Poulan, Inc. The 358 denotes the manufacture.

I have no further info for you.
