Question Fairbanks ZC-118

I have a 9hp fairbanks zc-118 number zc-4594.can anyone tell when this was built?

the serial # will be below the magneto on a milled flat spot. There engines were build by Fairbanks untill 1948. After that they were build by several different compaines. Bell and Colt are two that come to mind. I belive Bell built them up to the 1980's. And Arrow engine in Tulsa built 12 of the ZC 208's in 1991. The 12 that Arrow built were sold to some oilfield supply place in Illionois.
