Default IHC M Mixer

I need some info about IHC M mixers. a friend of mine just bought a 1/1/2 HP with an EK mag complete except for, you guessed it. the mixer. All he has is the top piece with the air inlet and choke slide plate. I haven't had one of these apart so I don't know what's missing here. What is inside the mixer? Is it just a bowl with a couple needle valves, or is there a float and soring or anything else in there? Also if someone has a bottom half of a mixer with the needle valves and stuff please let me know.
