Default Engine Cart ID

I would like to identify a set of engine cart wheels that I recently purchased.

1. They are fixed, non steerable.
2. Old iron and rusty.
3. Include cast iron mounting brackets and strap iron braces.
4. Axle is 1 3/8” x 32 ˝”.
5. Spoked wheels are 13” x 2 ˝”.
6. Cast iron hubs labeled “H129”, or perhaps “N129”.
7. Cast brackets are labeled “T91.

Thanks in advance for any info.
