Default Caille Perfection Engine

I have acquired a Caille Perfection Engine. It is 1.5 HP, and was made in 1912. It has a 3-inch bore and a 3.5-inch stroke. This engine needs a head and rocker arm. Any information regarding parts, pictures or measurements, or general information about this engine, would be greatly appreciated.
