Can't tell you the model but it looks like a Jacobsen mower. I've seen a couple like that with the sulky at shows.

There was one just like that on Ebay a week ago that had a sulky attachment just like that. I found another one on Ebay like the one in the picture, but it has the wrong engine on it, it's supposed to have eather a Jacobsen 321 engine or the Jacobsen 521 engine on it. The fuel mixture for the 321/521 engines were 16:1 SAE30 non detergent oil. The one in the picture is around a 1950.
