Thumbs down Re: what should i do?

Contact EBay - report what has transpired If the person had no reserve, the item is sold. If there is no intention to deliver - what was the purpose of the auction? Sounds like fraud to me!

Unhappy Re: what should i do?

andrew is correct, but in all honesty trying to enforce anything on ebay is a waste of time. i do think ebay is going to loose credibility if they don;t come up with a way to deal with scammers or problem buyers/sellers.
