Default Peerless Motor Company

Trying to help a friend with a 2 HP Peerless Side Shaft. Looks like the one on page 387 lower left corner of BRB. Having problems with the mixer, someone has changed the fittings on the fuel lines and also the fill tube and over flow tubes in the mixer bowl. The needle valve seat also has been changed. We would like to know what the needle and seat should look like, and also at what level should the gas get to before going down the over flow tube? Thank you for any help.
