Yes, It was built by Orvil and Wilbur Wright. Used in their first plane. It sometimes is on display at the EAA in Oshkosh.

You are very close! This is one that we built for a reproduction 1903 flyer. It is a very interesting and simple engine, yet incorporated some pretty interesting technologies for it's time. Well, at least I think it did, but I don't know much.
