Default Special Electric Lighting Cady

Need some help from the special electric lighting engine experts out there. Been told by an expert out east that this is a Special Electric Lighting Cady made in Canistota, NY. As far as I know it is the only four cycle Cady that has survived. What do you know??? See the photo gallery for pictures.
