Default 2 hp IHC Vertical Famous

My dad and I just got one of these motors. It is a pump jack enigne. We know it is missing some parts but neither one of us know enough about this engine to know what is missing. I does not look to be missing many parts but I can not say that for sure. I bought the operators manual from starbolt but it does not have any good brake downs of the motor in it.
Could someone with one of these motors please take some real good pictures of it and up close to the gov, gears and all the workings on this motor and send them to me so I can start looking for parts for mine. My e-mail at home is twomelancon@eatel.net. Any other info that can be giving on this motor will be a great big help also....What is the best place to get parts for these motors also.....
Thanks for your time and cooperation on this matter
Chad

You can find a lot of info on the vertical Famous right here, just do a search and you will bring up quite a bit of info. You will want to look at Paul Spences posts he has just completed a lengthy restoration on a vertical pump jack engine. There is also a couple of fellows on the sponsors page that are very good with IHC parts and info.
