Default Rock Island w/ Wizard Magneto

I have a 2hp Rock Island with a Wizard Magneto that I am having problems with. It wants to pick up speed but it acts like it has too much fuel but it doesn't. If I can get it up to speed and and move the throttle lever one notch either way it wants to die. I have changed the timing some but no difference and have checked the fuel line and put in a new check-valve. I have also changed the intake spring with a lighter one . Does anyone have a book on adjusting a Wizard magneto that they could scan for me?? It has two adjustment that I am not sure about.
