Angry Complaint Department

The last two items I've won on E-BAY have taken an extraordinary length of time to arrive. Payment is demanded in ten days but they can take as long as they want to send the item. Also either no response to e-mail or very slow response. Currently waiting for a head I won on the 9th of July. Always pay with Pay Pal or money order. Am I being too impatient ??

I would say if you don't have your item by now you have a legit beef.I ship from Canada to the US and it only takes 2 weeks ground at the most.A little longer during the xmas season.
I always contact the seller before i bid and ask about shipping, payment, etc and then you have a good idea to bid or not.If i don't hear back from them i don't bid.Dale

what ever you do... do not leave the seller neg feed back... because the selller will leave you neg feed back, i dont think that would be fair for you( the buyer of the head),, you did your part, and made payment fast,,,you should get pos feed back as soon as you made payment,,, but some buyers wait until they get pos feed back. then they will give you pos feed back... stinks when you wait 30 days for a part, engine nut

Find out about shipping times before you pay up, invoke the ebay dispute console for goods that don't show, always involve ebay directly in anything like this as they have an interest in making things work properly.

Heavy items can be a pita to ship as carriers tend to let them out of the shed last of all, but we have had good results on surface shipping UK-USA, best was 4 days SURFACE to Tx! That was because there was an empty 747 positioning for a flight and it had no passengers, so a load of surface mail got taken over for the ride. Happens a lot these days, gives the airline some revenue to cover costs.
