If it is a large single-cylinder flywheel engine, they are now made in India by several different makers. They are all based on the 1920's English Lister CS series engines. For information on these engines, go to www.utterpower.com and look under "engines" and then under "Listeroids". There is a lot of information on this site about the Metro and other Lister-derived engines of this type. Parts are also available.

Tom,
I have another similar Indian 'listeroid' - mine was made by G & G Limited. I've had it about 5 years. Overall, I'm very happy with it. I'm not too far away, let me know if you'd like to stop and see it sometime. Jim |
