Default Copar Panzer T-60

My buddy just got a T-60 from another buddy that cleaned out a barn. He tells me that there are no missing parts and the machine is in very good condition. Has not tried to start the engine but it is not stuck.
He is talking about hacking this machine up so he can put a bigger engine on it... thought i was gonna have a heart attack. I believe this model was made from 1954 thru 1960.
I want to buy this from him to save its life but i dont know the value of it. Anyone out there know what this machine is worth?
Thanks

I don't, but there is a real active Panzer group on Yahoo! Groups, someone there could help. If it is really all there, he might be better to sell it & buy a partial one to hack up, that way he gets some extra $$$ & someone gets a nice tractor to restore.
