Thumbs up Electrolysis did the trick.

Well the little rusty screw that holds the tension spring on a governor set for a F&M 6hp would not budge. Even after a good oil soaking for several days. I was going to just cut it off and drill out and re tap it. Then I thought Ill give the electrolysis tank a chance. It only took overnight and I was able to back it right out. What a neat method I learned from the good folks here on Harry's website. Just had to brag a little.
