Default Simplicity question

A Widow of a friend called me and offered to sell me a 6hp--Simplicity engine--it is a running original-with a webster and igniter--no-=CBW-what do you guys think would be fair for me to offer her--I have never had one-I don;t find it in the BYB--thanks d,j,

Check Turner Mfg. in the BYB. Is that the engine you have??
