Heidrick Auction
Just saw the results from the Heidrick auction in California.
The John Fowler Leeds steam tractor with winch sold for $72,500  The Wood Brothers sold for $12,000 and the Aultman Taylor boiler for $2,800 http://www.aumannauctions.com/cgi-bi...umann/20050916

72000 for that? what makes it so valuable, are they fairly rare now? what did that spoker D bring. even thought we are strictly international users/collectors. id liketo have one of them in the colllection.  also did that guy have enough plows  any JD or oliver steam plows in that mess
