Default Check out the Redneck Christmas Parade!

If you wanna go to an unusual Christmas parade, go to beautiful downtown Chumuckla, Florida on Sunday, the 11th of December, 2005. It starts at 2PM and if you want to participate, you want to get there before 11am.

If you want to participate, they want a donation of $20 (I think) that goes to a local charity. For more information, call Kathy Barr at (850) 994-8811.

Just about everything is eligible! Junker trucks, bands, garden and farm tractors, floats, horses, goofy guys in drag, etc.

Check out last year's parade!

I'm hoping to have the Hoyt-Clagwell there and hope to see some of youall there, too!

Have fun and take care - Elden

Hey Eldren, that was great. I saw your earlier post and thought how I would like to go see it. Especially now that i see everybody dressed real casually, in semi-warm weather. I don't think we could do that up north with the snow and blowing and cold, cold temperatures. Maybe someday I'll get to see it. Dick in the darn cold Finger Lake Region of NYS.

Ray:

If you got close enough, you could see the goosebumps on those gals. Temp was around 55 that day.

I have no idea who the guy with the antlers was but he was simply having a good time along with everyone else.

It would be nice if a bunch of us butt-buggy guys (and gals) could make up a contingent to do the parade some year. As you can see, there aren't a lot of rules......Just don't bring alcohol and have a good time.

Take care - Elden
