I found some tools today at my favorite place... the junk yard. The only thing that comes to mind...

Default Ford tools... For what?

I found some tools today at my favorite place... the junk yard. The only thing that comes to mind is maybe some kind of valve tools? Anyone know what they were for and about what year? Sorry for the excellent photography.
