Default Gray 2 cyl info

I'm looking for any info on an old marine engine made by The Gray Motor Company Detroit, Mi. It has 2 cylinders, is water cooled, and has the number 14310. The ignition system is completely missing. The engine turns over with compression. Any help with hp, age, ignition parts, etc. would be appreciated.
