I read your message and I am posting this response on a WEB TV SUIMULATOR that I use to check my pages. Everything appears to be OK.

I sent him an e-mail, but it appears there are other problems unknown to me.

My Brother-in-law checks out Harry's on a regular basis, with his Web TV. As far as I know he doesn't have any problems. He doesn't have a scanner or digital camera, so he hasn't tried to post a picture.

Hmm. Your website seems to work fine on both my Viewer and on my WebTV box. It sounds like, since the problem is intermittent, that it could be a problem with the WebTV service. (The Viewer just uses your normal internet connection, so it doesn't go through the service.)

I'll pass on this information to the service guys and see if they know what's going on.

Thanks,

A WebTV user reports:

Thought you might be interested in the current status of the Webtv situation. I called them this morning and they are going to remove all cookies from all my saved favorite web sites.

This should allow me to begin anew with my primary user name and should solve any problems. They indicated that it seems like EnginAds uses a lot of cookies and with some of the limits in the webtv system it "loaded things up" during the time you may have had some server difficulties.

If anyone has trouble using webtv with your pages, they should call webtv tech services and they can clear out the cookies and start over.

(We do use a lot of cookies. All your preferences for the appearance of each ad board are stored as well as your password inside the cookie file.)
