I need parts for a Military 4 cyl. Onan diesel gen set....10KW....called MEP 003A. Anyone know where they can be found for a reasonable price. Looking for injector pump right now.

I saw an injection pump on eBay yesterday. Brand new, about $300.00 ?

There are a number of ways to find parts for the MEP-003a. The military bought thousands of them, and parts are available from several sources.

It might be cheaper to have your injector pump rebuilt at a diesel shop, if your unit had one. Otherwise, Delk's has an excellent reputation on this list, and I have had good success with Coleman's Surplus as well. There are probably others Theer are also some people on this lest who have parts as well.

Don't forget the usual outlets, Craigslist and eBay.

Check out Ambac International for the technical details on your pump. Model 50-2/4A 9540A. Replaced the PSU.
You will need to learn about timing to the engine by replacing the delivery button with the correct size. Do not be intimidated by the methodology, it is just a matter of following the steps.
