What is the difference in a Webster mag Type K26 compared to L26?I read in a Hercules book that the K26 was used on engines 2 1/2 hp,3,and 5 hp and the L26 was used on engines 7,9,12 HP.I am curious as to what difference between the K26 and L26,is one hotter than the other or what? Thanks Benny

The K is a two magnet mag where the L has three magnets. The L has more magnetic flux and will produce a hotter spark if every thing else is equal. Both have the same bolt pattern and will interchange on the brackets.
