Default Governor on Ebay Q's

hi all,

there is a small governor (item # 7616706388) on ebay right now that i would like to buy, BUT the seller ONLY excepts money orders, checks or cash. the seller also says "NO refunds for your purchase regret" and also says to not go through ebay checkout to buy it and to watch your emails because they will get ahold of YOU!!!

does anyone know this seller or has anyone purchased from them before. it's a nice piece but this seller fairly reeks of fish and i would hate to be scammed out of $250+!!!

Hi JBoogie,
The seller is from Rockford Illinois. I know him personally. His name is Robert Branson. I have bought some stuff from him on Ebay. He is legitimate. His brother usually attends The NTA, if you go to that show it might save you shipping. However if you are the succesful bidder and choose to have it shipped, I would have it go UPS and purchase insurance. As far as him not wanting you to use the checkout is just his personal preference. I have sold stuff that way as well. Some people arent as computer literate as others and Ebay at times can be a challenge for sellers as well as buyers. Rest assured, you are buying a quality item from branson-enterprises. I hope I helped.
