I have a dishpan F/M that is barn fresh with a nice looking Kokomo Electric Buzz Coil, At first after cleaning the points it was very weak and adjustments to the points didn't help.. After a while it seemed to get stronger and now it has the knock you socks off power I remember from Buzz Coils..
Two questions: Is Kokomo a well known coil ? and has anyone had a buzz coil come alive like this ? I was about ready to look in the shed for a replacement but now it seems to be just fine.. Thanks! Randy Hart Ohio |

Don't know how common they are but I bought one at a junk sale in the UK years ago. It's a standatd Model T type with the stud connections and worked just fine when I last tried it.
