I had the pleasure of meeting Eli Weyerts in Nebraska and toured his fine collection of Maytag washers and Delco Lightplants, plus many other neat engines and collectibles.
Here are a few photos to whet your appetite and I'll put up more as time permits. |

Puts mine to shame indeed! The Fruit Jar is most excellent. Never seen one displayed in a washer till now. Thanks for the pictures Harry! - kevin

Thanks for the excellent photos Harry, I don't think I've ever seen a good photo of a fruit jar. Which part of the state is Mr. Weyerts in? Kevin

The new old stock churn with instruction sheet and the meat grinder are shown here along with a model 92 in a 1930 to 1933 "B" washer. The collection includes a three stripe decal as well as a two stripe.

Those Weyerts boys are beyond comprehension when it comes to their restorations and work. They are the salt of the earth kind of folks, and I can't say enough about the caliber of these guys.
I can't just say their town without digging out their card but it is out in western Nebraska. If you ever need any decal for any Delco light plant or engine or most any Maytag decal they have them. If they can't find a piece they are looking for, it is not a big deal for them because with a little time, they can make that piece, and make it better than original. |

They're out in the pan handle of the state at Gurley, NE (North of Sidney). It would look like a Maytag showroom, but their stuff looks better than new.
