Info wanted on older Johnson engine

Hi . I am looking for information on a motor i just aquired. Johnson name on a the black handle. serial 44799. Mod HA 10. has 2 spark plugs champion J8 other markings on castings 43D178 and 43E200 alcoat. underwater exhaust.rope start from the top and plugs at the back enclosed in case, oval gas tank on front with red and white lable partially make out Johnson's and A-HO. Sounds like a 10 horse but i'll check at work tomorrow,We should have the serial numbers in the books there.Tom.

Oop's was I off! It's a 2.5 hp from 1940.Nice little motor, have fun with it!
