Default Gov Liquidation - Lister Petter / Stamford

I was surprised by the 3600 RPM. There are a lot of mistakes in that description and maybe the rpm is also a mistake. Anybody know of a 3600 RPM genset powered by a Lister Petter? There are three of them starting tomorrow by sealed bid at:

That's a Lister-Petter LPW3 engine. Unlike the older Lister engines, this one is rated to run at 3600 rpm. At that speed it produces 29.6 hp, just about right for a 15 kVA genset.

OOPS! I meant 15 kW, not 15 kVA... Also, despite being described as a "4 cylinder" it is indeed a 3-lunger.

When it comes to dealing with Government Liquidation, take a whip and a chair with you when you go to look at the machine, and photograph it from all angles. If you're the successful bidder, you have a 1 in 10 chance of getting what you bought and paid for, unless you are a regualr volume buyer.
