Default Who made this engine?

A friend had a hauling job cleaning junk out of a flooded basement.
He brought me this engine that was attached to an old trash pump.
It's all aluminum, the cam has a single lobe and a, new to me, oil pump.
Is it Clinton?

You may be right.
The block is cast iron. Not aluminum.
The governor is similar to a Lauson I have, but I haven't had it apart
yet. The head on this one IS aluminum.
