I was curious if you guys could tell me some of the differences on how you tell the two appart from one another? How many models of Jac engines were made? I'm only really familiar with the 321 series. I've got a 1950 Jac Lawn Queen, would that have a 321?

Hey Austen,

Like Jerry said, the J-125 has a removeable cylinder, so does the J-100. They also have 2"X1.5" bore and stroke. I don't know how to tell the two apart. The J-100 is older and the J-125 has boxier sheet metal. The 321 is a one peice block the cylinder does not come off.
J-100, J-125 2"x1.5" Bore & Stroke
J-150 2.25"x1.75"
J-200 2"x2"
J-175, J-321, J-501 2.125"x2"

Hope This Helps,
Bill
