BK- Try Walter vanGulik at --> wout.v.gulik@zonnet.nl
He has manuals for a lot of this sort of stuff. I have a 50's vintage Guldner Diesel farm engine and he had a manual for it. If he has a web site, let me know.

Hello

Looks like a Güldner "LK" engine.

32 years ago I had a diesel engine that looked identical to this one. It was 12 hp at 3000 RPM. I beleive the model was an LKB. It was manufactured in Spain by a company called Diter S.A. That company was later purchased by the MWM company. They sold this design in the US under the MWM label for about 5 years. I also had a smaller 8 hp Diter diesel, but it was a different lighter weight design than this one. For a short while a small generator company in NY sold the Diter engines under their own name. I got mine when they were getting rid of their engine stock. They didn't sell well against US gasoline engines at that time. The guy I sold it to ran it for many years on a generator in a campground.

Just a small addition to Jeff's post:

Diter are now Deutz-Diter, still in the same factory, making Deutz engines and spares under liecence.

We have one earlier water-cooled Diter 15hp diesel, and I think a couple of Diter air-cooled diesel books that Jeff let us have some years ago?
